Platform Function Introduction
GIS Pipeline Digital Twin Base
It integrates data such as spatial coordinates, materials, pressure levels, and service life of gas pipelines, valves, pressure regulating stations, and other facilities to build a 3D visualization model. The model supports millimeter-level positioning of underground pipelines and topological relationship analysis, enabling intuitive viewing of cross risks between pipelines and surrounding buildings as well as other underground pipelines.
Intelligent Monitoring and Early Warning System
It integrates IoT sensors (laser methane telemeters, intelligent valve well monitors) to collect real-time data on pipeline pressure, flow rate, and gas concentration. Through AI algorithms, it identifies abnormal fluctuations (e.g., sudden pressure drops, excessive concentration), automatically locates leak points within 15 minutes, and triggers hierarchical early warnings.
Full-Process Inspection Management
It supports mobile-end inspection task assignment, real-time trajectory tracking, and hidden danger photo upload (with automatic association of GIS locations). The system automatically generates inspection reports, issues warnings for missed inspections or delayed inspections, and realizes full management and control of the "planning-execution-verification-closure" cycle.
Rapid Maintenance and Emergency Repair Scheduling
After receiving leak alarms or inspection-related hidden dangers, it automatically generates the optimal valve-closing path and scheduling plans for maintenance personnel/equipment. It connects with the material management system to allocate pipes and tools, and updates the pipeline operation and maintenance files upon completion of repairs, forming a "problem discovery-disposal-filing" closed loop.

Technical Highlights
Independent Core Technology and Global Environment Compatibility
The GIS engine is built based on an independently developed core framework, compatible with mainstream global operating systems such as Linux (e.g., Ubuntu, Red Hat) and Windows Server, and supports general databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle. It ensures independent and controllable management of core pipeline data throughout the entire process of storage, transmission, and processing, as well as data sovereignty and security. Meanwhile, it complies with data compliance standards of target markets (e.g., EU GDPR, US CCPA, Southeast Asia PDPA) to meet privacy protection and data security requirements during cross-regional deployment.
AI Multi-Dimensional Anomaly Identification
Adopting the "spatiotemporal sequence analysis + deep learning" algorithm, it can distinguish between "normal pressure fluctuations" and "abnormalities caused by leaks" with a false alarm rate of less than 3%. It also predicts the failure probability of old pipelines (e.g., winter freezing and cracking risks) and formulates maintenance plans in advance.
IoT Multi-Device Collaboration
It supports the access of more than 200 types of IoT devices (e.g., UAV inspection images, handheld laser detectors) with a data transmission delay of ≤100ms, realizing full-dimensional monitoring of the "air-ground-underground" space.
