Collection: Centralized Smart Interconnection System
Centralized Smart Interconnection System
Serving as the “brain and nerve center” of the SCGL system, the core platform integrates perception data from end-to-end equipment across gate stations, field stations, pressure regulation stations, and user terminals (including pressure, flow rate, leakage concentration, and equipment operational status). It employs multi-dimensional AI algorithms—such as anomaly feature recognition, trend prediction, and risk classification models—to perform real-time data analysis:
Automatic Closed-Loop Process and Tiered Response Mechanism of the System After Detecting Abnormal Parameters
When abnormal parameters are detected (e.g., pipeline leaks, sudden pressure drops), the system automatically completes a closed-loop process: “Anomaly Localization → Tiered Alerts (Warning / Alert / Emergency) → Coordinated Response.” Minor anomalies trigger warnings to management terminals, moderate anomalies activate work orders for operations teams, while critical risks directly initiate remote device actions—such as valve closure or pressure adjustment—to prevent escalation.
Multi-Terminal Coordination, Full-Process Integration & Gas System's Core Command-Dispatch Platform
Simultaneously supporting multi-terminal coordination: control commands are dispatched to equipment terminals, fault locations and response plans are synchronized to operations terminals, and visualized data reports (operational trends, incident statistics, energy efficiency analysis) are output to management terminals. This achieves seamless integration across the entire process—“data collection → intelligent analysis → precise response → holistic control”—serving as the core command and dispatch platform for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of gas systems.
