Intelligent Distributed Pipeline Network Monitoring System
Intelligent Distributed Pipeline Network Monitoring System
Product Overview:
The gas leak monitoring terminal detects natural gas concentration and other data at pipeline monitoring points via its sensors. Utilizing IoT technologies such as 4G, it transmits 24/7 monitoring data from these points to the IoT monitoring system platform. It triggers real-time alerts for anomalies, replacing traditional manual periodic inspections to ensure immediate awareness of hazardous conditions.

System Components
Utilizing the detection principle of Transient Diode-Lattice Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS), it is unaffected by interference from other gases and exhibits a low false alarm rate;
4G wireless IoT communication module enables remote data collection and real-time reporting of abnormal conditions;
Continuously monitors vibration and tilt at monitoring points, immediately uploading alarm notifications upon detecting vibration or equipment tilt;
Monitoring terminals support configurable alarm thresholds, continuously tracking concentration, temperature, and other parameters. Alarm data is instantly uploaded when values reach thresholds, providing timely alerts for pipeline network safety.
