Product Overview:

The intelligent Roots (waist-wheel) flowmeter is a positive displacement flow measurement instrument that obtains the gas volume at standard conditions through temperature and pressure compensation. Flow volume correction is integrated with both an IC card controller and an IoT remote transmission module. Utilizing IoT technology, it enables automatic meter reading, remote top-up, remote price adjustment, and valve control. Simultaneously, it provides real-time monitoring and alarm functions for parameters such as flow, pressure, temperature, and the operational status of the flowmeter.

Applicable Scene:

Suitable for trade measurement of natural gas, it is used for trade settlement of natural gas, city gas, and inert gases in petroleum, chemical, industrial, enterprise, and institutional sectors, as well as large and medium-sized catering businesses and hotels.

Functional Characteristics

Twin-shell + Independent Movement: Prevents pipe stress from jamming the impeller; movement can be disassembled and serviced on-site without recalibrating the entire meter.

Range and Accuracy: Turndown ratio 160:1, low starting flow rate, high long-term accuracy and excellent repeatability.

Lubrication Design: Interconnected oil ports enable one-way oiling for dual-side lubrication;

Smart Features: Integrated volume corrector with 4G/NB-IoT remote transmission, Bluetooth app, and multiple billing/recharge options.
